The DNE Handheld Fiber Laser Welder makes high-quality welding easier to learn and faster to produce. It welds stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and copper at up to four times the speed of traditional welding. A 20μm spot size delivers strong, uniform welds with less porosity and very little post-processing, so parts move to the next operation sooner.
The DNE Cobot Welding Cart puts an ABB collaborative robot, controller, and welder on one mobile, powder-coated steel cart. Because the cobot is built for operator safety, it can run with minimal guarding in spaces where a traditional robot cell won't fit. Operators load and unload from a single shared station, making it a practical way to automate high-mix, low-volume welding in a small footprint.
